2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally eligible to conduct business or digital activities in Kenya.
• You must comply with all applicable Kenyan laws and online content regulations.
• Residents of Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga, and nearby counties are especially encouraged to participate.

3. Terms for Vendors

• Real and Verified Listings: All products and services listed must be genuine, available in Kenya, and truthfully described.
• Accurate Information: Vendors must provide valid contact details and clear pricing.
• No Misleading Content: Fake listings or hidden charges are prohibited.
• Moderation: All listings are subject to review by Ewefu Hub.
• Prohibited Content: Offensive or illegal material will result in suspension.
• Accountability: Vendors are solely responsible for their transactions and communication.

4. Terms for Affiliate Marketers

• Honest Promotion: Promote Ewefu Hub truthfully and avoid misleading claims.
• Use of Materials: Do not alter or misuse official Ewefu Hub visuals.
• Commission Eligibility: Applies only to confirmed vendor sign-ups or transactions.
• Timely Payments: Paid within 3–4 working days after vendor confirmation.
• Compliance: Avoid spam or deceptive advertising.
• Termination: Fraudulent or harmful activity leads to immediate termination.

5. Terms for Content Creators

• Originality: Submit only original work. No copyrighted content.
• Rights and Use: You grant Ewefu Hub permission to edit and publish your content with credit.
• Prohibited Content: Hate, discrimination, or misinformation is not allowed.
• Responsibility: You must ensure your submissions respect intellectual property laws.
• Content Removal: Ewefu Hub may remove content that doesn’t align with its mission.

6. Terms for Professional Experts

• Qualification: Must hold at least a certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Community Development.
• Residency: Preference for professionals in Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, or Vihiga.
• Conduct: Uphold Ewefu Hub’s mission and values.
• Data Confidentiality: Protect all vendor or community data.
• Non-Disclosure: Information shared during engagement remains confidential.
• Contractual Terms: Governed by specific agreements on payment and responsibilities.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

Ewefu Hub values your privacy. Any data collected is handled per our Privacy Policy and Kenyan data protection laws. We never sell or misuse user information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ewefu Hub connects communities but is not liable for user transactions, losses, or disputes. Please verify details independently before engaging.

9. Suspension and Termination

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Sharing illegal, offensive, or false information.
• Misuse of Ewefu Hub’s name, brand, or systems.

Terminated accounts lose all privileges, including pending commissions or visibility.
